      This was by far the worst work experience I've had. My manager at the time didn't care about employees at all, and he seemed convinced this approach was making the company more efficient. Worse still, employees were abruptly let go after being promised they'd be kept on through the end of their contracts.

      Cons

      Senior Management has no empathy for working-level staff. They just set higher and higher KPIs year-on-year, which are impossible to meet. No resources are given from the top to support the staff in meeting KPIs.
