Used to be good but now its really bad.

Cons

Poor management overall. The company pushes overtime when busy, then suddenly lays people off, which shows poor planning. Hard work isn’t really recognized—favoritism and office politics seem to matter more. Managers don’t take employee concerns seriously and often rely on gossip instead. Pay is low compared to the workload, and expectations are high. Employees are sometimes assigned to multiple managers, which creates confusion and unnecessary conflict, ultimately affecting their work experience.
