Very joyful place to work lots of team players and they are all customers friendly.Always shows that they care for all workers.

Cons

Work very hard sometimes six days a week , and doing all sorts of work including throwing out the garbage and sweep the floor even though its not your job requirements.

Granted this is just from the BCF I worked at: extremely laid back to the point of no one really caring about anything, you can talk to your co-workers and sit in the break room for half an hour if not more over your break time, people are nice to an extent, made some good friends there, they usually buy food for everyone on the holidays.

Cons

The store gets extremely trashed, they under-staff, epically in the worst departments (Shoes & Sportswear), then move associates around like crazy so people never get the hang of one department, the managers have no idea what they're and don't know how to communicate effectively or even relate and work with their employees, and then when corporate makes visits they overwork you to compensate for the mess they made of the store in between visits.
