Management lacks any leadership skills.

Pros

- discount on most everything - benefits for part-time and full-time (expensive, but available to all) - because there is no leadership, you can do whatever you want, whenever you want to

Cons

- do not schedule to the business (entire departments left uncovered for days) - very common to dish out hours, only to take them away - no training - no communication - will not promote from within

Pros

Flexible schedules an 10% discount, no layaway fees

Cons

There seems to be too many managers and no one is one the same page. Management changes their mind frequently. Because the company is owned by investors they care more about immediate results than they do about long term results. They aren't willing to give employees the hours so often times there is 3 people on the floor. this is not enough people to recover and deliver proper customer service.
