      Other CSR level staff working in the trenches with you are generally great people.

      Cons

      Calls are non-stop. You will be asked to learn technical/engineering level information that you may not have the aptitude for. The office gossip mill is out of control. A few bad apples ruin the place for everyone else. Customer Service lifers are miserable. During my tenure I watched devoted, sharp management who had climbed through the ranks of the company suffer demotion in favor of one of the CEO's college buddies. No company culture.
