Average pay, average benefits, laid back work ethic. Management dose not bother you.

Cons

Very little communication from management, everything is a secret!! management is to laid back, people get away with everything. there are people who work hard and get nothing in return, and there are people who do no work at all and get praised for there good work. Very difficult to advance or even get a decent raise. Benefits keep getting worse every year. its all about the Salary and not the hourly!!!
