      Great flexibility, a modern fresh energy. Great projects.

      Cons

      Pay progression and promotion not transparent. In large part, ability to progressr relies on ability to network within the company. Does not invest in growth of talent as well as it could.

      Genuinely different

      Pros

      I have worked in the past at other large multi-national PLC engineering consultancies and to work in an environment like the one created by the partnership at BH is a refreshing change. A genuinely progressive, forward-thinking consultancy which places unique/flagship/interesting projects at the forefront of its goals (and profit margins secondarily). The business is full of bright, committed, keen engineers and has an emphasis on youth and the contribution of young engineers. Sustainability and people-focused outcomes are always promoted and the socially conscious culture is critical to this.

      Cons

      Incredible projects can require substantial commitment and need the quickest minds. Not a place for the half-hearted or slow.
