Pros

Projects - can offer a wide scope of industry leading expertise to clients. Work environment - modern and open offices, good software and technology. Communication - clear and open, good digital platforms to communicate on.

Cons

Not being able to shout about our projects! Unless the client agrees we have to remain silent about all the great work we are/have done.
