      Genuinely disgusted with the shocking behaviour of senior management over the last few years.

      Pros

      Mainly, the people there are great, friendly & hardworking. The ethos of Ted Happold used to be something to be proud of, but it’s just a joke now.

      Cons

      If your face doesn’t fit you can find yourself being shown the door, despite many years of loyal service and nothing but positive feedback. Shocking! Senior management are bullies; with little to no conscience or ethics. Morale is at an all time low, with unethical behaviour, by Senior HR, Executives and others in positions of power & confidence, being openly discussed by staff at all levels, & what’s worse, seemingly condoned by the Partners.

      they have smart energetic talents that would like to perform at high level.

      Cons

      the company has ambitious goals, but their management style thrives on unstable restructure moves every year. it is a revolving door of young energy. The management is not keen to keep a staple platform for growth.
