      Pros

      A common shared interest in creating amazing structures and spaces and being the best. Collaborative working environment. Excellent benefits and working culture. Highly talented and friendly employees

      Cons

      Salaries are slightly below market in some roles but the benefits and working environment more than make up for it. It can feel quite unstructured compared to other organisations but this is also a plus in many ways as it allows for freedom when carrying out your role and there is definitely a sense that you can create your own career and future and opportunities are not limited.

      Creative, passionate and talented engineering professionals build up teams delivering outstanding projects. Punch well above their weight and compete successfully with much larger practices. Relaxed culture offering autonomy and a high level of responsibility at earlier career stages than other consultancies. Naturally diverse in most offices and very accepting of differences both personal and professional Good social side

      Cons

      Consensus decisions can take a while which can be a little frustrating Sometimes there is a lack of clear direction - this can allow for creative solutions to be offered up but those who prefer a structured environment may not thrive Salaries not the best in the industry but the balance of interesting projects, flexible environment and additional benefits helps
