      Good company, opportunity to work on international projects but a bit old fashioned in other areas.

      Pros

      Good company overall, good reputation and leadership especially from the new CEO. Great pool of engineers, knowlegde and interesting projects. There are plenty of opportunities to work on international projects and also to live abroad either via the secondment programme or permanently.

      Cons

      Too UK centric, a bit late and slow in several key emerging countries at embracing the global shift to the East. The Dubai office atmosphere feels like a school library making it hard to interact and socialise amongst employees. The Days are offen too long and the extra hours in the evenings and weekends are seen as the norm by some managers and are unrewarding.

      Comfortable working enviroment. Good Colleagues

      Cons

      Salary is very low. The appraisals are not transparent & biased. Don't recognise the value of employees who have served for long. Not worth a place to work for long time.
