      Pros

      I worked on interesting projects The opportunity to get experience working with lots of cool programs They have a nice library

      Cons

      As an intern I was basically ignored I never had a lot of work I was told I couldn't do lots of things because I hadn't taken the applicable class at school yet People were grumpy, overworked, and constantly talking behind each other's backs

      Pros

      Buro Happold is full of excellent creative and innovative people and gives you access to plenty of challenging and really interesting projects. Allows people to get international experience through its secondment programme

      Cons

      The salary is quite low and the company benefits limited There is not a lot of integration beween different departments The communication from the top management could improve.
