      Pros

      Three weeks of vacation standard. At Buro Happold, you work on some of the most interesting projects in the field. Opportunities to go abroad as well.

      Cons

      The pay at Buro Happold does not really compete with the rest of the field. Although the projects are interesting, there is little recognition of a job well done. They expect employees to work well more then 40 hours a week.

      Buro happold is working on very high technical and highly detailed architecture project such as the British Museum or the Louvre in Abu Dabi

      Cons

      Salary could be better especially in London which is one of the most expensive city in the world. The company is every day improving on managing projects

      Pros

      Talented people, exciting projects and high profile clients. I really enjoy the project and client interaction part of the job. The company is pretty flexible about work hours and allows you to work per your own convenience.

      Cons

      Bad management, lack of senior leadership. The company really needs to think long term and stop making knee jerk reactions.
