1yThank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important work-life balance and professional growth are, and it's surprising to hear that these areas have been neglected.
Your comments about staff working extended hours without adequate compensation and the impact on their quality of life are taken very seriously. We do have a well-defined overtime policy and leaders check in with their teams on a regular basis, this perhaps wasn’t as visible as necessary in this instance. Our goal is to create a supportive and sustainable work environment where everyone feels valued and has opportunities for growth.
