      Pros

      The firm is growing in the US which creates a lot of opportunity for teams and new relationships with great design firms. The firm has a flexible work policy and a good balance of corporate structure while maintaining elements of a smaller firm culture.

      Cons

      The firm is busy overall, so it is important to work closely with your supervisor on a good project mix.
