      Team members are deeply knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Work on interesting projects with innovative clients.

      Cons

      The partners who own the firm are completely biased to linear thinking, that lacks nuance and diversity of perspective. BH offers brilliant team mates, but squandered potential due to leadership ineffectiveness and lack of vision

      Great for engineers: no one else

      Excellent benefits, flexibility and generous PTO. Global presence.

      Cons

      If you are not an engineer, your career development is not a priority. This includes working in an HR, operations, finance or business support role. You will have an extremely difficult time moving up the latter, and will often times feel overlooked and unappreciated.
