Awful IT, HR and partners. The HR never get back to you if you have the smallest question. Even in the beginning I had to beg to get my insurance and 41K going. They pay very low to industry standard and their engineers work till midnight and get 0 thanks. On a weekly basis I would see people get fired/quit. Very political- if one of the 6 partners in US like you which is rare because they all ego the size of the Grand Canyon then your golden if not you will not move far. There is also a ton of gossip if management doesn't like something your doing they will just take you off a project, not give you a raise, or fire you. The worst communication ever. There are always "restructuring" the company because the place is a mess. Things constantly fall through the cracks, partners want to lead and not be team members and collaborate. They mistreat people and sadly lose really hardworking people.
