Pros

Great Benefits, really, company pays 95% it has great coverage with little issues.

Cons

Professionalism is very low, people with no knowledge holding big jobs with little experience, basically good regular employees run the company with little $$$. A lot favoritism, even though they say is an "open door" policy, you cant just trust your own management.

Good pay! Overtime if you want it , Excellent benefits blue cross blue shield, decent equipment and routes, two consecutive days off!

Cons

No weekends off, sometimes you have to get backhauls, and you work nights!!!!

Pros

Good environment to work in. I was always happy to go to work due to the people I worked with. There was always something to do in this job. I worked from the time I got there until I left in the afternoon.

Cons

I think the job should be called an accounts manager position and not Customer Service Representative. You deal a lot more with managing customers account and no just answering customer related questions. There is forecasting involved due to the product not readily being available. For the amount of work you do, the pay just doesn't match up.
