Pros
Good environment to work in. I was always happy to go to work due to the people I worked with. There was always something to do in this job. I worked from the time I got there until I left in the afternoon.
Cons
I think the job should be called an accounts manager position and not Customer Service Representative. You deal a lot more with managing customers account and no just answering customer related questions. There is forecasting involved due to the product not readily being available. For the amount of work you do, the pay just doesn't match up.
