      Management is horrible firing people or making good workers quit. Don't expect to just do 8 hr shift cause it is not gonna happen. Called in for 2 hr overtime then to be told at preshift have to do 2 more. No sense of workload. No warehouse manager! How do you have someone that was manager of IT of one person to managing over 50 employees that has no knowledge of warehouse functions.Have manager of Winer come down every week to overlook everything. Made true an only manager that made it work quit.

      Cons

      Upper management only hired Penn State grads as managers. Do not promote from within. Feel like your a number opposed to being a asset.
