Good benefits and decent pay.

Cons

Been here over 2 years with no promotion but new hires get paid more than I do. Management has no idea what's going on most of the time. You will never be home for a full weekend ever. So don't make plans. Travel out Sunday and come home Saturday.

The product and customers are great. The company mission is great.

Cons

The don’t mean a word they say. They will work you in the worst conditions possible, and the only thing they actually care about is job completion. We had several employees suffer injuries and even permanent neurological damage from heat related injuries due to their “system” to ensure maximum productivity over the last summer.
