      Long hours, short breaks. Terrible organization. Will be stressed out every minute.

      Great Team and Work Environment

      Pros

      Since the company went from FxS to BusPatrol the work environment has been amazing. Micromanagement has fell to a minimum, productivity has significantly risen and the executive leadership is doing its best to hold the ship afloat. Growth opportunities seem to be on the horizon as well. New CEO is friendly and optimistic, smart and driven. Overall I'd say there's a very positive vibe spreading all around. Excellent health benefits for individuals and families. Not a strict corporate environment. Management is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      So far low advancement opportunities, no 401K matching. Better communication recommended.

      Great place for new graduates. Senior devs and devops should look else where.

      Pros

      Great place to start off your career. More experienced engineers are willing to drop what they are doing to help you.

      Cons

      Stagnated salaries. Not a lot of room. Incompetent and lady management that does not know how to promote teamwork, nor resolve conflicts.

We have recently offered leadership training to our managers that includes how to resolve conflict and how to manage teams and promote success.
