      Pros

      Flexibility of work for appointments & unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      High stress & urgency constantly shifts. Organization hierarchy has been constantly shifting leaving others overwhelmed with extra tasks & unrealistic expectations. Quarterly reviews are not fair. Only a few people can have decent numbers, the rest need to be average or poor.

      Pros

      BusPatrol is truly the “Avengers” of technology, government relations, and operations. I’ve never seen a more talented and dedicated group of professionals in my career. The caliber of the team—from top to bottom—creates an environment where you grow simply by being surrounded by greatness. As someone who thought I’d never work for a private company after years in government and non-profits, BusPatrol has completely changed my perspective. This mission-driven organization continues to amaze me with the scope of what’s possible in transforming the culture around school bus safety. The work is meaningful, the pace is energizing, and the impact is real. If you’re passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making communities safer, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      The pace can be intense, and priorities shift quickly as the company scales—so adaptability is key. If you prefer rigid structure or slow-moving environments, this might feel challenging. Communication and decision-making is constantly improving, but with rapid growth, alignment across teams can sometimes lag. No two days are exactly the same - for the right person, that's a dream!

      Amazing place to work

      Truley stands behind their mission statement, Opportunities for advancement, The management here values their employees, and it shows in the interactions you have with them, Monday through Friday schedules. One of the few places I have worked where the Executive suite cares about employee's feedback, encourages it and provides a forum for you to share your ideas.

      Cons

      after approximately 2 years I have not found a con working with Buspatrol. This company cares about you and the work they do.
