      Management not only respects each and every employee, they pay an actual living wage. They are open to ideas, suggestions, whatever, you’ll always feel heard.

      Cons

      Tiny company, growing really fast. Everything, and I mean everything is fluid. You need to be able to adapt to major changes, at the drop of a hat.
