The company is relatively new and there is a lot of potential for growth and upward mobility within the company. The location is very central with easy parking, the culture of the workplace is relaxed and welcoming, and the benefits and paid time off offered are above average. In my opinion, the best part of working here is that upper management is always looking for ways to improve internal processes and really values the opinions and ideas of all employees, regardless of what your job title is.

We have a competent president who has a lot of business and leadership experience. I think he was a Marine or maybe an Army soldier, but he previously built companies and has a great reputation with people from all walks of life. He's a good man. My friend worked in his last company which grew to be very large and she's still there. Great parking situation.
