Great people. Leadership concerned about employee satisfaction. Trust in expertise.

Cons

Updates on project status. Would like to see more about penetration into specific markets. Where we are in negotiations/pilots/contracts/startup/etc.

Great place to start off your career. More experienced engineers are willing to drop what they are doing to help you.

Cons

Stagnated salaries. Not a lot of room. Incompetent and lady management that does not know how to promote teamwork, nor resolve conflicts.

Pros

Great company with a great reputation with our clients and within our industry. Our work makes a difference protecting children. Employees work hard and care about their work.

Cons

The Canadian CEO should be removed. Nobody trusts him. Nobody. He’s got a reputation that’s not good at all. A braggart who seems to do nothing. I left because he was creepy.
