It's a place that pays competitively, and people are generally nice and willing to help as long as you ask.

Cons

Senior Tuesdays are the absolute worst. Often understaffed, which means you do more than just the job you are supposed to do.

Growing company that will work with you and your ideas to help grow the company. Also if you are trying to advance into Management you can in as little as 6 months

Cons

Pay is not as great as some grocery stores but they stay pay better than Walmart :)
