Pros

Fair interview process. Friendly coworkers. Nice and clean work environment. Decent pay for a decent, entry-level job.

Cons

They are Inflexible to scheduling requests. No one ever gets full time (getting 39 hours is a prize here, regardless of seniority or how much you beg). Excelling at the job is only rewarded with always getting express lanes during the busiest times, not so much as a "good job" from my manager, let alone more hours. There are almost never enough cashiers or baggers. Cashiers are expected to wrangle the high school kids who are supposed to be helping us, management never says a word to them even if they come to work high.Cashiers are also expected to fill in for often absent floor managers, baggers, stockers, and even janitors. After a year I was still wasn't sure how opportunities for advancement were awarded. It seemed to be random, yet always dangled in front of us. Overall, terrible middle management and poor rewards for good service.
