The best thing about Business Information Systems were your co workers. They were all helpful and friendly to one another

I would say the pay was below market. Even though they say your salary is on par with the current environment, that is BS. The department managers I dealt with did not know much about their department's jobs. I think most of that has to do with the age of the managers, and most of the managers do nothing most of the day, but if something goes wrong, it is the minions' fault, not theirs. But I would say most managers have no idea how to fix the issue, but they will blame the minions. Also, this company was bought by I3 Verticals in Feb of 2021, and I believe some jobs will be eliminated within the year due to consolidation of jobs. Another issue, if you do not get promoted within your first 18 months on the job, you will never get promoted.
