Pros

If you like a daily joke, this is the place. The child management across the company is always entertaining. You have seven year olds in charge.

Cons

BIS gives new meaning to the phrase watch your back. They will suck the life out of you in many ways. Yes, your paycheck is not supposed to have that many charges on it. Degrading people seems to be a norm, especially if you are above the curve.

Pros

- Great coworkers (at least in my department) - Friendly Customer Base

Cons

- Pay is low for the job requirements - Workload is increasingly overwhelming. I know of at least 5 different people breaking under the pressure currently on them.
