Pros

Not many. A steady paycheck? Some people that work there are decent workers but not many.

Cons

If you have any other options for employment I would highly suggest you seek it before taking a job at BIS. In the time I was there almost every management position changed. Benefits are not good. You don't have to pay much for the insurance but pray you never have to use it. The CEO and his brother the COO are both; loud, obnoxious, and unqualified for their jobs. The pay is low for a company seeking IT personnel. The facility is terrible, although improvements have been made it is a glorified hanger. As a condition of employment you must sign a non-compete clause.

Pros

None. In the short time I was there, nothing good was found.

Cons

Fire you for anything, High Turnover rate, senior level management will write non-existent warnings just to force you to leave company. They will fire in less than a week if they don't like you.

Pros

Receiving a paycheck every two weeks. They also do a monthly birthday celebration with cake and ice cream.

Cons

Management does not value employees, employees are expected to work overtime and are not compensated for this time. Training is a joke, it's as if management is against new employees learning in fear of their own job security.
