None !!! Run as fast as you can .

Cons

Where do I start . You are not a leader , rather an individual contributor, get ready to resolve member level issues , debug files and system errors , set up system configuration for messaging and employee communications . You are a dumping ground , the recruiting team is a lot like a sales team . This company promotes empathy and culture , however it’s all fluff . You can work 15 hour days back to back and still get called out for things not getting done when you’re only one human . You’re not leading a team but you are working through a ticket based system to get work done . Get ready to be the throat you choke with clients because you’re the only one showing your face .
