all of the fun postings enticing job seekers to come to Businessolver are completely misleading and frankly false. Benefits are horrible so if you are looking for a company with great benefits go elsewhere. The environment is almost cult like, the Cy Wakeman ditch the Drama philosophy is a joke and a law suit waiting to happen ... the program discourages anyone from reporting issues, and there are MANY, they may be having as they will be quote DRAMA. I know I will get a nice bounce back as do many of these comments from the HR @ Businessolver defending the company and trying to justify any comment made ... the problem is they don't listen until it is too late. If they truly cared about employees they would practice what they preach at seminars across the country instead of acting like they are disposable. Employees are pushed to their breaking point in most instances due to in experienced and unqualified management, work overload, lack of resources, and respect. Rules vary from person to person depending on how management feels about you or who you know or are related to ... you will see very similar comments over and over in the Glassdoor feed ... they are ALL true don't let them fool you ...

Can't think of any cons - fast growing company with the usual growing pains of any company that is growing this fast
