Pros

Your peers are among the best people you will ever work with. Everyone suffers together, which kind of creates a PTSD bond. The unfortunate part is that senior leadership is tyrannical and insane, meaning the war never ends for those in the trenches.

Cons

Senior leadership is ridiculous. Raises are almost not a real thing here. Bonuses are a joke and are rarely actually paid out despite the crazy hours people put in trying to attain them. People are routinely thrown under the bus for client issue due to poor management decisions or false leadership promises to make a logo sale. If you are a prospective client, be warned if false promises by any department or company head.

We always appreciate the input as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization. I would disagree with comment related to "lack of opportunity". I lead the Talent Acquisition function and have personally witnessed many of our current employees moving into new roles in just the last few months alone. The overall numbers of employee movement has increased dramatically in the last two years and continues on an upward trajectory. I would be happy to discuss live. Chris Brabec 303 406 8774

Pros

This company is a known entity in the industry and has risen to great heights over the last 20 years. Both leadership and staff are dedicated to being the best in the business, all on the same team, working for the success of the company. If you work hard, work smart and do well, you are recognized. The technology is out in front and leading the way in the HR Technology industry. Leadership including the CEO, is creative, approachable and allows/encourages innovation.

Cons

Are they perfect? No, but if you are looking for a perfect workplace, good luck! The hours are long, but this is our industry. Long hours for sure, and even longer in Q4. The concerns I have are more about how I constantly see people in the lunch room all day long playing Foosball and ping pong but then read comments about how overworked we are....it can't possibly be as bad as some of these reviews suggest. It's not. Again is it perfect, no. But I like it here and get offended by all these negative comments. I have been in the industry for a long time and the new workforce has changed the game and made us (all of us) better.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree it is hard to read some of the comments here, particularly for those of us who have no idea where the negativity is coming from. I encourage you to focus on the overwhelming majority of our Solvers who share your sentiments. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss. mklipfel@businessolver.com
