Pros

Honestly, I can't really think of much besides the fact that it taught me how to look for glowing red flags when I'm interviewing other companies.

Cons

The workload was truly terrible, as was the resulting turnover. Some of the folks on other teams were really great, but most of the people on my team were complete bullies (including my then-supervisor). I was so beaten down when I left Businessolver. I did everything I could to make it work, but it was just a bad environment. Take the free food and beer as a signal that you'll never see your family again because you'll be working 15 hours a day for the duration of your employment. They'll try to tell you only weak people can't succeed there. In reality, the strong people bounce as soon as they see what's going on inside. The prettier perks look when you're interviewing for jobs, the more problems companies are masking that live inside their walls. I wish I could give work/life balance a negative star.

Thank you for your feedback. The Systems Relationship Manager role hasn't been around for quite some time so it would be good to get context around your feedback as well as the time frame you are referring to if you are willing to discuss "live". I can be reached at mklipfel@businessolver.com
