Pros

Food, coworkers and helping members with sensitive situations. Good sups and nice building amenities. Company is expanding and that is good.

Cons

Crazy policies. Micromanaged and mandatory overtime. Doesn’t matter if you have kids or not. They tell you to work OT all of the time. If you don’t... you are reprimanded. The morale is terrible here. They talk about making it better every year around this time. I will be leaving soon and never turning back!

Fast paced environment Many diverse projects Some very solid and talented people

Cons

Chaotic to the point that people leave High turnover...as others have said Constant change but not with a clear purpose Read the other reviews. The same theme is repeated over and over. Some people like it there and many hate it. You need to have a clear understanding of what you are getting into.
