Businessolver is an amazing company to work for across all dimensions of an employer. They offer great benefits, great pay and have great leadership that provides support and a clear vision. Since 2020, Businessolver has been a "work from anywhere" employer allowing all employees the opportunity to work from home. This has allowed Businessolver to not only retain employees but attract top talent across the nation.

Pros

Some of the individuals I worked with were pretty amazing.

Cons

This company is extremely toxic, overloading their employees and working them into the ground and expecting them to do it with a smile on their face. There are so many cliques and most people are two-faced and will stab you in the back or throw you under the bus the moment it benefits them. Everyone works from dawn until dusk, even going as far as bragging about how they worked until 2 AM or woke up at 4 AM to start their shift, like it's a competition to see who can work the most hours each day. They expect you to work on the weekends, holidays, and on your vacation too. They made vacation unlimited for salaried employees but it comes at a great cost. You end up working during your vacation anyways so I'm assuming it was just a way for them to avoid paying people out for their built up vacation hours when they eventually quit (after burning out). This is the culture and if you do not willingly go along with it you will be an outcast. The pay is also extremely unfair and low for the amount of work you are expected to do. I saw how bad the glassdoor reviews were before working here and should have taken them seriously. It was a good learning experience, but working for this company ruined my life. I was so overcome with stress I ended up having to be hospitalized because I became so ill. I wasn't sleeping, I cried all day everyday, my hair was falling out, I was physically ill everyday, not to mention all of the mental health issues that came with being in this role and working for this company. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company and their toxic culture and management.
