Pros

Businessolver is a really good company to work for and is full of high performers. If you like to work hard, you will like Businessolver. If you like to skate-by, it will be obvious.

Cons

Although getting better, Businessolver is not as forthcoming as they should be with compensation.

Pros

Realistically, this is a pretty easy job. 100% work from home customer service. Once you go through training you have all the info you need and then for the most part you don't usually have to interact with anyone else for most of your days. Half the year, you have pretty good free time between calls to do whatever. If youre lucky, your supervisor will be really nice and great.

Cons

Half the year is busy with back to back calls all day, I feel drained after all the talking I do after this. The company is really reluctant to provide raises in this position, or if they do it takes a long time to get one. Upper management doesn't take advice from people in this position on how to improve quality of work. This is a call center job & they automatically have the phone answer, so you have to immediately be ready to speak the second someone else is on the other line.

Pros

Strong "One Team" culture where team members work well together and support each other; So many smart and hard-working people; Very innovative organization that stays ahead of the curve; Stable company that continues to be led by the original founder/CEO; Remote "Workspace Anywhere" policy allows for hiring top talent across the United States and provides team members with a lot of flexibility.

Cons

401k match is slightly less than the national average.
