Growing Pains

Pros

I met some of the nicest, most hardworking people I've ever met here. The company truly cares and is trying to do the right thing. They provided great training for new hires (super intensive if you are in client services). If you find the right leader and department, go for it!

Cons

The culture is not for everyone , but again they are trying. I personally found it too overbearing If you get an interview, you'll know right away if its right for you, so listen to your gut/intuition. Work life balance for some service teams were not good.

Pros

Realistically, this is a pretty easy job. 100% work from home customer service. Once you go through training you have all the info you need and then for the most part you don't usually have to interact with anyone else for most of your days. Half the year, you have pretty good free time between calls to do whatever. If youre lucky, your supervisor will be really nice and great.

Cons

Half the year is busy with back to back calls all day, I feel drained after all the talking I do after this. The company is really reluctant to provide raises in this position, or if they do it takes a long time to get one. Upper management doesn't take advice from people in this position on how to improve quality of work. This is a call center job & they automatically have the phone answer, so you have to immediately be ready to speak the second someone else is on the other line.
