I would like to clear something up.... I left ATT. I did not leave directv. If directv was still the same I never would of left. But when ATT took over I wasn't happy. It wasn't the management it was the inconsistency of my schedule. It was the lack of pay for going above and beyond. It was being offered a new position and getting a .10 cent raise to handle much more responsibility. I never felt appreciated at ATT. But Businessolver? This company gives you what you give it. If you are willing to work 12 hour days for 12 days in a row not only do you get a gigantic paycheck... You dont just get thankyous. You get prizes like a free bose headphones, tvs, gift cards, drones, 450 bonus on top of the crazy ot hours you just worked plus so much more. But they don't force you to work these crazy hours it's a choice. All of it is a choice you get to make. I am proud to work for this growing company. We have all had bad days but I have managers around me that care about me. A VP that comes in and shakes my hand every day letting me know what i do for this company is important. I get free food all the time. I remember weeks during AE i was fed EVERY day. Do you know how much money and time that saved me? This is a great company as long as you are willing to work for it. And who doesn't want a company that gives back when you are willing to give to it.

There are growing pains with a company like this as it gets larger and larger in the market
