      Great place to work with a strong company culture

      Pros

      Strong "One Team" culture where team members work well together and support each other; So many smart and hard-working people; Very innovative organization that stays ahead of the curve; Stable company that continues to be led by the original founder/CEO; Remote "Workspace Anywhere" policy allows for hiring top talent across the United States and provides team members with a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      401k match is slightly less than the national average.

      Cons

      Lies about diversity equity and inclusion. No people of color in high leadership roles. Rude customers

      No matter how many hours you work it's never enough. There is no work life balance.
