      See headline. It's true. They'll challenge you in the way a good college professor would. You'll never regret the hard work because you'll know that without it, you would have never matured this much in your position. And the culture is second-to-none. Assume positive intent. Be accountable. Live in reality. Work hard. Play hard.

      Cons

      I left because my salary was not commensurate with the value I was providing. Also, there is some nepotism; I was passed over for a promotion due to their hiring someone without a job posting. Even internally, none of us even knew a position was opening up.

      Pros

      Some of the people are great and there are a few perks left.

      Cons

      You have no idea if your salary is comparable to others in the company. I've heard over a 65k difference from people in the same role.
