Pros

BDG runs more nimbly than other media companies. Smaller more autonomous teams. Less bureaucracy. It feels like ICs matter more because of this and there are opportunities to be promoted.

Cons

Might be harder to get a footing in the org for less experienced people

Pros

Interesting work (if you are on the right team), strong co-workers, decent benefits

Cons

I work remotely so I am shielded from some of the craziness, but there are clearly a lot of shifting priorities and that causes some whiplash. I wouldn't recommend this for a first job, but if you have been around the block it's fine. Seems like somewhere most people stay for only 1-2 years and I'll probably do the same.
