1. Great colleagues 2. Not a lot of drama 3. Hybrid schedule

Cons

1. No room for career growth despite what upper management says. 2. Consistent lay-offs 3. No 401K match 4. Health benefits are bare minimum

Work culture was, for the most part, friendly and welcoming, and editors had a lot of freedom to write/assign what they wanted to and believed in

Cons

Multiple rounds of layoffs in a short period of time; editorial guidance and stability from the top was somewhat lacking
