Pros
If you are on the sales team, you will be treated very well.
Cons
-Micromanagement like never seen before -The majority of the medical insurance cost is on the employee and it is the bare minimum coverage -They owe over 4 million dollars on their two NYC locations -There have been at least 10 rounds of lay offs in the last 2 years but put more work on the teams that are still there - most people are working 2-4 jobs as one person. -They treat the Union differently then the rest of the company -There are no goals, no mission, and absolutely no communication from the 4 leaders that are left. There is no CRO, no employment attorney -Sense of urgency like it's a hospital when in reality, they are just throwing parties instead of using that money to pay their debt, save jobs, run a business -If you give any feedback, there is retaliation every. single time. -There are men currently working there that have misogynistic (ESPECIALLY the CEO) and have had many women fired specifically. -If you are a parent or expecting mother, expect to hear "If you get fired, thats your own fault for being pregnant" from the CEO. -If you bring up concerns, they will rip you to shreds and then months later asked why you never said anything It's a very very hostile and toxic work environment and many people quit without jobs lined up, like I did.
