I loved it and learned a lot.

Pros

Considering that it's part time, it's pretty flexible in terms of your schedule, as they'll arrange when you'll be working based on your availability. There's also a lot of opportunities to write your own feature pitches, and while it's a remote position, the editors working with you are very hands-on and will help you grow as a writer.

Cons

It's remote and part time, which can make it feel like you're not REALLY part of the Bustle team.

Pros

Stacks on stacks of La Croix.

Cons

Insular culture. Performative feminism. Homogeneous and heteronormative workforce. Unhappy people just writing through the motions. Bad human resources.
