Pros

-open door policy and approachable upper management -amazing company culture (speaker series, volunteer opportunities, happy hours, company outings, etc) -great location -summer Fridays -flexible work from home schedules -unlimited PTO -HR is fair and will fight for you I think a lot of the negative reviewers joined Bustle as their first job post-college so maybe they don't understand what it's actually like working a terrible job. Bustle is a solid company where you get out what you put in. The people and the benefits are great. There's definitely room for growth. Also, lots of women in leadership roles which is rare.

Cons

The space is getting tighter by the minute which makes conference and meeting space tough to find.
