      Pros

      They have pretty good benefits if you are loyal and work with the company over the years. Safety is a main concern for them which is a nice reminder that they do care about their employees. Pay is fair but very capped and not super open to pay raises unless you complete tests and disgression is up to your manager and general manager.

      Hard physical labor, safety concerns that come with the job, and very capped salary pay.
