      Great people on store level, feel like another number on corporate scale and salary for sales is not good.

      Benefits Co workers at store are fantastic to work with Flexible hours Customer base is great Easy to build relationships

      Cons

      Salary, currently in a down market which makes it hard to reach any sales goal. Company only sees taking money away from employees is the correct answer. Hard to find motivation when the salary is so low.
