      Pros

      Look up the company values, acronym D.O.G.S. Everyone embodies them which make me feel comfortable and motivated. Next to that Butternut is a great place to develop as it's a young company in the Netherlands with great peers and an environment where everyone wants you to succeed. So go ahead apply to that listing you're looking at :)

      Cons

      - Travel fees not fully compensated - This is not a con: you need should be able to handle startup pressure if you are applying to a lead role

      - Strong values and mission-driven place to work - Amazing growth opportunities and big focus on equity culture - Open communication on strategy - Very fun group of people, all here to make a difference and believe dogs deserve better

      Cons

      - If you are not a fan of dogs, this might not be the place for you, if you like me love dogs, these are your people!!
